boda has over sixty lubricant analysis instruments, capable of conducting comprehensive analysis of lubrication products. among them, the four-ball simulation tester provides comprehensive data for us to evaluate the anti-wear extreme pressure performance of lubricants. with the rapid development of our company, we have recently purchased the latest model of the four-ball machine produced by xiamen tianji, in addition to the existing one, to serve our r&d more quickly.

teacher chen dongyi came to our company's laboratory to install and debug the four-ball machine and to provide training on tribological testing, enhancing our employees' operational skills and deepening their understanding of grease friction performance testing. our r&d personnel completed all operational and theoretical studies from march 14 to march 15, 2022.

the main content of this study includes practical operation of the machine and principle learning. at noon on the 14th, under the guidance of teacher chen, members of the r&d department learned about the assembly of the four-ball machine components and carried out the four-ball machine drill operations in order. on the 15th, teacher chen explained the principles of the four-ball machine, related terminology, and also explained the application of the four-ball machine in tribology, as well as its performance and problem analysis.
